We ship from our fulfillment center in the USA to most areas of the country. We currently do not ship internationally, or to places where the sale of CBD is prohibited.
We do not ship to the following locations:
- States: Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, South Dakota, Utah
We put your products in plain, discreet packaging. Our address appears on the shipping label only. We do not publicize the items you’ve purchased on the packaging.
Shipping Times & Methods
Processing time before your item is shipped will depend on the payment method you select.
- Bitcoin: We ship most of these orders on the same day if you place your order before 12pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or the next business day on orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and holidays.
- Credit Card (TBD): If you are a new customer, then we may hold your shipment for 1-3 days after payment is processed. If you are an existing customer then we ship most of these orders on the next business day after your order is placed.
- E-Check: It usually takes 3-6 business days, and sometimes as long as 10 business days for your payment to clear. After that, we ship most orders on the next business day.
We ship through the post office (USPS). We will provide a tracking number after your order has shipped. USPS estimates shipping times as follows:

Shipping Confirmation Emails
Our system will send a shipping confirmation by email after we process your order. Please allow for up to 2 business days for tracking information to produce live results. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
Please do not ship items back without first obtaining an RMA number. We cannot accept them, and they may be routed to the wrong location.
Most of our products are perishable and we cannot resell used, ingestible or topical items. So, all sales are final unless an error was made on our part, or if the product is visibly spoiled. If we sent you an incorrect amount, a missing item or the wrong item, then please email us within 72 hours of receiving the product and attach pictures to expedite processing. We may ask you to provide pictures before processing any returns, cancellations, or exchanges. We will send or refund for any missing items or quantities.
